Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

Digital Talent Partner ("we", "us") offers a reward of $5,000 USD to anyone ("the Referrer") who refers a candidate who is (a) hired for a role we are recruiting for, and (b) successfully completes a 90-day test period in that role.

• The program is open to anyone aged 18 or older.
• Candidates cannot refer themselves.
• Employees or contractors of Digital Talent Partner directly involved in the hiring decision are not eligible.

• The referral must be submitted through our official referral form.
• The candidate must not already be in our database or in an active process with us (or have been within the last 6 months).
• If two or more people refer the same candidate, the reward goes to the first valid submission we receive.
• The Referrer must have the candidate's permission to share their information with us.
• The Referrer must follow Digital Talent Partner on LinkedIn at the time of submission and until the reward is paid.

• The reward is earned only when the referred candidate is hired and completes the 90-day test period in the role.
• We pay the $5,000 USD reward within 30 days after the 90-day period is successfully completed.
• Payment is made by bank transfer (or another method agreed with the Referrer).
• The Referrer is responsible for any taxes that apply to the reward in their country.

• The candidate is not hired, or does not complete the 90-day test period.
• The candidate leaves or is terminated during the test period, for any reason.
• The referral was submitted after the candidate was already in contact with us or our client.
• The information submitted is false, incomplete, or shared without the candidate's consent.

• We use the information submitted only for recruiting purposes.
• We never share candidate information with third parties without consent, except with the hiring client as part of the recruiting process.
• Referrers and candidates can ask us to delete their data at any time by contacting us.

• All hiring decisions are made solely by Digital Talent Partner and its clients. Submitting a referral does not guarantee an interview or a hire.
• We may modify, pause, or end this program at any time. Changes will not affect referrals already in process.
• There is no limit to how many people you can refer — every valid placement earns a separate reward.
