AI Product Manager
About the company
Our client is a Series A consumer AI company, founded in 2023, around 30 people, with $30M raised. They build AI-native software for consumers rather than enterprises — which means the bar is set by whether ordinary people actually enjoy using it, not by a procurement checklist.
The role
You'd own AI-powered product surfaces end to end: deciding what to build, shaping how the AI behaves from the user's side, and reading the data to know whether it worked. This is a consumer product role where the AI is the product, so you'll be making judgement calls about model behaviour, tone and failure modes as much as about features.
What you'll do
- Own AI-powered consumer product surfaces from idea through launch
- Shape how the AI behaves from the user's point of view, including failure cases
- Run product analytics and use the data to decide what ships next
- Work closely with engineering and design on a small, fast-moving team
- Balance model capability against what genuinely improves the experience
