Operations Platform for the Short-Term Rental Industry • New York City (On-site)
Location
New York, NY — on-site, 5 days a week
Compensation
$100k–$130k + equity · On-site in NYC

About the company

Our client is a seed-stage company building the most comprehensive operational system for the short-term rental industry, bringing property operations, guest experience and back-office workflow into one platform. They are a small team in New York, and AI is woven through how the company itself works day to day, not just the product.

The role

This is a hands-on customer success seat at an early-stage company, focused on onboarding and implementation rather than pure account management. You would take new customers from signed to live, manage a high volume of accounts, and be the person who makes the platform actually work inside a property operator's business. It suits someone who likes owning the messy operational detail of getting customers running, and who is comfortable building the playbook rather than following one.

What you'll do

  • Own customer onboarding and implementation from signed to fully live
  • Manage a high volume of accounts without letting the detail slip
  • Be the operational bridge between the product and how property operators actually run
  • Build the onboarding playbook as you go rather than inheriting a defined process
  • Use AI tools daily to draft, summarise and automate the repetitive parts of the job
