About the company
Our client is a staffing marketplace putting AI agents to work sourcing, vetting, matching and placing workers on millions of shifts, and increasingly operating inside customers' supply chain workflows.
The role
This is a product-engineering role on the applied AI side: you take frontier models and existing agents and wire them into real product across the stack. Priorities shift — some quarters it is an agent that automates vetting or matching, others it is a payments flow or platform work. You would partner with the CTO on architecture and roadmap.
What you'll do
- Apply agents and frontier models across the worker app, business app, ops platform and marketplace
- Lead frontend and backend development and mentor other engineers
- Architect core systems: real-time matching, autonomous vetting pipelines, distributed systems and APIs
- Own product surfaces end to end with product and design

- Products for non-technical users in logistics, supply chain or healthcare
Tech stack
TypeScript, JavaScript, React, React Native, Node.js, Python and APIs.
Compensation & logistics
- $140k–$200k base + competitive equity
- On-site five days a week in New York; relocation available
- Sponsors most visas, including H-1B transfers; no new H-1Bs
- 3+ years of experience
